H1B Visa Interview Vancouver Canada
I am a full-time employee throughout my H1B attend the interview on 07/13/18 at 7:45 am in Vancouver.
My advice: please do not attend your interview in Canada, just go to India. This is my 3rd H1 and they refused my visa and took my passport and I -797.
7/13/18 at 7:45 am is my appointment and VO asked me only 3 questions.
1. What is your highest education?
2. This is your company name xxx
3. What is your designation?
4. How much is your salary?
Sorry, I refused your visa, but don't worry it is very common and then she gave white slip, USA workers rights book, and green letter (phone numbers, website info etc).
I asked the VO officer when will I get my passport. She told me 3-5 business days. Today is the 3rd day
7/13/2018: 10:00 am status changed to administrative processing
7/16/2018: same
7/18/2018: Today just date updated still administrative processing.
Vancouver is too expensive and you have to plan for one week or more I don't know.
