My hunband and I had our interviews at Federal plaza yesterday and Today respectively. Our PD dates were August 2nd and August 8th 2017, FP about 2-3 weeks after. In line for interview since September 6th 2017. We both passed, and we asked to have our oath at a later date as we are traveling next week. No a problem with that. If you have plans, don’t freak out. Don’t listen to the drama advise I’ve been seeing here ;) you can easily have plans. You are an applicant, not a slave. Also, both my husband and I were asked if we would like to have the oath on the day of the interview (today, right after the interview). We declined as we have travel plans. I asked to have my oath at the same date as my husband. The officer was very nice and actually said she was planning on doing that herself. Our oath will be in September. Bring 2 photos with you to the interview. The letter didn’t ask for it but we both were asked if we have them. I had to leave federal plaza and come back with photos right away (not a big issue but it will make you run around so better to have it).
