First of all, thanks to everyone that sharing experience here. You guys are awesome, let me know I was not alone. I also want to share my timeline :)
After waiting for 221 days, I'm about to get my AP combo card. (EAD and travel document)
Mulitple times of service request- it didn't work, they considered it was a normal process time

01/05/2018 - Fingerprint done
6/14/2018 - Request For Evidence for I-485
6/29/2018 - Received RFE
07/09/2018 - The case is ready to be scheduled for an interview: (Still have not received notice yet)
7/16/2018 - Name was changed (I had never requested any name changing )
7/18/2018 - Case approved
7/19/2018 - Card is mailing to me
