AOS QESTION
Me and my spouse are filing for my AOS and are doing the paperwork ourselves when filing a marriage base AOS and I’m filing concurrently I’m I suppose to put I-130 and I-863 together in one set of mail then put my I-485,I-131,I-765 in another package to mail? Or do we put all of the applications in one package along with separate money orders for the I-130/I-863 and other forms? And would it be in my name or the petitioners name when mailing it out?
