Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi everyone,

Here is how my case, filed with the Baltimore, MD filed office, has progressed thus far:

Filed: I-130, I-485, and I-765

- PD July 18, 2017
- Biometrics notice received on July 24, 2017
- RFE Received on August 9, 2017
- Biometrics completed on August 9, 2017
- RFE Response sent in August 17, 2017
- EAD received on October 21, 2017

**Up until this point my Case Status online was accessible. After the biometrics update, my case numbers (for the I-485 and I-130) were no longe searchable on the USCIS Case Status tool. I made an infopass for March 28, 2018, and was told at the USCIS office that my interview was ready to be scheduled**

- Notice of Interview for June 28, 2018 received early May, 2018
- Had my medical examination completed
- Interview completed on June 28, 2018. The interview went smoothly. Interviewing Officer asked a few questions about my relationship with my spouse. Went over the yes/no questions on the I-485. I was given the Notice of Interview Results at the end of the interview which advised that the case needs to reviewed and to allow 120 days before making a status inquiry on my case.

The USCIS Case Status tool is back to working for my case number. This time it reads that my interview was completed and my case needs to be reviewed.

I am hopeful that my case will be adjudicated sooner rather than later. I will be sure to update this entry with any updates in my case.
