I received a job offer, then I made a service request with USCIS in other for them to expedite my EAD, the following day I received an email to fax the supporting documents, which I fax immediately for 3 times.
I never received a response from them after faxing it for 3 times, later I called USCIS and request them to transfer me to Immigration Officer. The IO said the faxing machine was down, he requested me to sent the documents over to NBC at Missouri.
But still haven't gotten any response. How long does it take to get a response when you mail your supporting document for expediting EAD.
