Or if there any one has the same PD or around that time

02/17/2016 marriage date
11/10/2017 PD
11/24/2017 Notes of case was received
12/05/2017 Notse of appointment for biometric ( fingerprint)
12/26/2017 I did the Biometric
01/05/2018 Thet send request for evidence (RFE) from my sponsor
So when (USCIS) send me RFE on that time my cousin which is my sponsor
He was in his vacation in Italy . So I had to wait one month till he came back
02/15/2018 my attorney send them the evidence for the request
03/01/2018 notes of receiving the evidence
03/20/2018 they send courtesy letter for the applicant regardless Medical examination
04/05/2018 work authorization card was received
After the work card I did not hear anything from them
It’s been 9 months since the PD no interview notes
Why may case take long time?
What is the estimated time for my interview?
Is that’s normal time ?
Please If there is any one has the same date.
