You have been scheduled for an Interview
Hi everyone,
July 24th, I got an email and update online saying that I was already scheduled for an interview. Today, out of curiosity, I called uscis to find out if they can share the specific schedule of my interview over the phone.
I explained that I got the said update online. The representative said that my status is still pending to be scheduled for an interview. She placed me on hold again and said that it's still showing pending on their system. I then responded saying that I'm now worried as their system info and what I have online doesn't match and continued asking if it's normal or if this happens to other applicants too. She didn't answer my question and instead referred me to their escalation dept.
Have any of you experienced the same? (Uscis system says pending while online says "You have been scheduled for an interview").
Should I be worried? I feel so paranoid and very worried.
