I 485 Interview cancelled note without even scheduling one

Family Based GC petition for a minor Child.
We got a note that ready to schedule for Interview in Nov 2017 and waiting till then.
But we got an update today saying that the interview is cancelled and they will notify us for further updates.
Our interview was not even scheduled in the first place and then received this note in case status update.
We are concerned, anyone with the same situation before or now.. Any help would be helpful.
