Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hope for Maryland filers. I was just complaining about not receiving my receipts for my EAD renewal from USCIS. My i485 status has been on no status for a month now. I called USCIS about a week ago regarding my i485 status and why it was saying a decision cannot be made on my case, I was told I’m still within timeframe and that Baltimore field office takes 18-42 months. At that point I prayed and decided I was going to renew my EAD and forget about i485 for now. I just left it to God.
But to my greatest surprise this minute , I just checked and it says my interview was schedule for 4days ago. Like what !!!! From no status to no receipts from EAD renewal to interview was scheduled. I’m so grateful right now cos I was told Baltimore is so slow. Lol ! God is always one step ahead of us. Keep the faith up guys.

Now Waiting for notice in the mail. Going forward, I’m not going to stress about anything including the interview. I’m just going to use the documents my hubs and I have and let God have his way.

P.s: still haven’t received my EAD receipts. I’m guessing i might not be needing it. My EAD doesn’t expire until January 2019.
