should i double apply for DACA EAD and C9 EAD? :/
so my previous EAD was C33 category for DACA but I am currently renewing to C9 EAD (married to a US citizen).

My immigration lawyer said to wait but he has also told me that if I am impatient... I can just renew my DACA (which is totally unnecessary other than the purpose of EAD).

The reason is because he has two clients that renewed their DACA / EAD and received their card within ONE MONTH!!!! He said he has never seen EAD being processed and mailed that fast before.

Should I just pay the extra fee and double file it for DACA as well?

Currently I have I-485 pending (I don't need to do the interview because I am going straight to the immigration court and the judge will make the decision). My court date is coming up in October 2018 but since most judges quit / transferred, my immigration court date my be delayed.

Did anyone have similar experience? File i-765 by being married to USC while also file another under DACA renewal??? If you did DACA renewal EAD did you get yours that fast... within 1-3 months?

The current EAD expiration is coming up soon and this waiting game is frustrating me... and i'm worried I may have to wait as long as 300+ days like some people on this forum have stated :(
