EAD card
So I filed for AOS on March 12 of this year
It has now been 140 days and so far no updates on either of my cases
i130: Case was received
i485: We received your fingerprint fee
i765: Case was received
It has been 140 days now for my EAD and I am beginning to wonder if I should begin to expedite my case. I have tried to use my congressman but I didn’t move forward only because the website says that is taking up to 6.5 months for EAD’s.
I really want to know if I should do something or just keep waiting.
I am a NYC filer, and I know that right now they are taking between 14-26 months for AOS applications so I am not even thinking of interview at this time. I just want to be able to start working and get a drivers license.
Any advise is appreciated
