USCIS lost my interview notice and now I've missed my interview
Today on July 30, the USCIS notified me by mail, saying that I have missed my I-485 interview (a marriage-based one) that was scheduled on July 26. They attached me a 'copy' of the interview notice, as the notice date was Jun18.

But I have never ever received any interview notice!!!! Never!

Not to mention, the online case status did not update anything about the interview, as currently, still saying that 'We are ready to schedule your interview'. Also, my lawyer did not receive any notice concerning the interview. I did call the USCIS customer service and ask for rescheduling an interview. They gave me an confirmation number.

There is one thing I think might be related but not sure: on June 20, I filed a SR, the reason was something like 'out of normal processing time', and the response date was up to July 19. On July 19, USCIS notified me online that 'On July 19, 2018, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-485……because they could not deliver it.……' I then requested a copy of the notices immediately, trying to ask the agent what kind of notice it is. And of course, they refused to tell me or dig in.

Also, I have updated my current address 7 months ago and received a confirmation letter from the USCIS.

Then on July 25, I received the so-called undeliverable notice. They were all responses about the SR that I placed on June 20. One of them (I-485) said that my interview is scheduled, while one of them (I-130) said that it is in line for interview scheduling. I also called immediately to figure out which response is true, and the agent said my interview is just ready to schedule, but no date is provided.

I guess with this ordeal, my question is, does anyone have similar experiences? If you do, how did you handle it? I really doubt that USCIS actually scheduled me an interview, but there is nowhere to find proof anyway.

I know the USCIS could just deny my application because according to them I did not show up on my interview. I am very anxious. If anyone has experienced this, please share with me and help me with your experience.
