Question about Sponsor´s Job
Hi my friends,
Thank you for reading my post, my spuose and myself applied for I485 (marriage based), she is my sponsor, so when we sent our file, USCIS requested for a co-sponsor (RFE) because her income wasn´t enough for supporting me.
We found a co-sponsor and we sent his documents and USCIS received them without any problem. Based on posts from other people we expect to have our interview on Sep or Oct, the issue we have is that my wife is no longer working and my doubt is what could happen if we go to the interview if she´s not working? Do you know if the IO asks about the jobs? Do you know if we have a co-sponsor could help? Please note that I am working since 6 months ago and receive an income.
