My US B1/B2 VISA REJECTED TWICE IN 10 DAYS UNDER 214 ( B) , WHAT CAN I DO
I recently got job in US MNC on 1st June 2018 and company HR asked me to apply for tourist visa and come for 3 weeks training at Illinios USA. I got this job for Bhopal location and my permanent positing is in Bhopal only
I am Mechanical Engineer from NIT Bhopal with 20 years experience in leading Indian companies i.e. Godrej & Boyce, IFB Industries and Indian Railways and majority of these years ( almost 18 ) I have been posted in Bhopal location only .
I have my own residence in Bhopal since last 30 years with my wife in a permanent job in Bhopal and
my daughter stdying in IISER Bhopal so I have firm ties in India and my native place Bhopal, Financially I am sound too as I am in Senior position with Good salary.
So this is really heart breaking for me as twice in 10 days they have rejected citing that you have newly joined and how can they call you for training for three weeks so soon.
Can anybody advice me what to do as this can impact my job .
what is the way to get qualified in the tourist visa . Is there any expert lawyer or counselor who can help me out in this professionally.
