Travelling on ADVANCE PAROLE with expired F-1
Hi guys!

I need your help in here, please share your experiences or anyone else you know that may have gone through the same process.
I came into the US (New York) with a student visa (F-1) which was only valid for 1 year, during that year i did an English Language school and then transferred into a College in the city. I have always been legal through a valid I-20 form. I am married to a Green Card holder therefore the process for my case took a very long time (over 3 years). My I-485 case for change of status was approved on August 1st 2017, and on 1st of October 2017 i got my combo EAD card (both work authorization and travel parole).
I want to travel for back home (in Europe) but i dont know if there will be any problems or issues for me when ill come back, my lawyer says its ok because i have always been legal on a valid I-20 form even though on an expired visa and there will be no problem for me to enter with the travel parole, i am very worried because i have heard a lot of stories and i dont know what to do.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
