GC in production (Charlotte office)
Hi all!

I have some great news to share, so I wanted to share my timeline because this website helped me so much:

Married to USC
PD: 02/14/2018
Bio: 03/19/2018
Interview notice (Charlotte office): 07/03/2018
EAD approved: 07/17/2018
EAD in mail: 07/26/2018
Interview: 08/02/2018
GC in production and we will mail it to you: 08/03/2018

We didn't get any RFEs during this process.

The interview was at 10am, but they were running behind so our interview started around 11am. We were asked pretty standard questions from forms that we filled out with our package at the beginning (spouse's name, DOB, parent names, etc.) and she asked us about our story (how did we meet, how did relationship progress, engagement story, our wedding day). After that, she asked us to provide any additional evidence that we brought with us since we applied, so we gave her additional documents and a couple of pictures. She didn't ask any curve ball questions or even looked at our album (we already provided pictures with our original application). We didn't get approved on a spot, which is probably because the lady didn't have a chance to review our paperwork that morning before the interview (she told us that).

Honestly, nothing to worry about if you have a genuine and real relationship.

Also, half the time the website didn't update for me, but if you have the official letter in your mail, don't worry about what the website says. For example, the website never reflected that we have an interview scheduled, it went straight into the "card being produced" this morning.

Best of luck to everyone here!
