EAD Approval
Finally we are able to share our timeline, after months of reading experiences on this forum.

C9 married to USC

We sent i-130 on June 2017
I-130 got approved on 01/2018
Sent i-485 and i-765 on 01/23/2018
i-130 was sent to NVC by mistake on 02/02 after receiving package thinking my husband was in home country
RFE received 02/21 and they received our response on 03/06 (needed spanish original birth certificate)
Biometrics done 03/01/2018
07/24 case ready to be schedule for interview
07/25 they received 131 since green card was taking too long we decided to apply for this to be able to travel
08/04 new card is being produced

It has been 190 days for us waiting for the ead, months of frustration, fights, and a lot of desesperation.. but finally it ended. Hang in there.. it might take a while and it might seem forever but it will get approved!
