US passport and SSN after Oath Ceremony
Finally, I gor the Oath Ceremony letter!

Question to people who already became U.S.citizens.

It is advised after the naturalization ceremony to apply for the US passport and to update your Social Security record at a local office of the Social Security Administration (SSA). Please wait at least ten days after your ceremony before going to the SSA to ensure that data reflecting your naturalization has been updated.

What should I do first- applying for a passport or updating ssn? Will the ssn NUMBER be changed during this update and will I get a new ssn card? (Idid not change name during naturalization, I have green card and ssn car. Green card will be taken , what about ssn card?)
