I'm married to USC, case handler is National Benefits Center.
PD: 2/20/2018
Today 8/7/2018, after almost 6 months my I-765 finally changed status to "We ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC **** *** and will mail it to the address you gave us."
Does this this mean it's approved? I didn't get any update or notice it's approved.
Also, how long will I actually wait for the card to be mailed.
