Adjustment of Status - I-485

First time poster on this form.

I'm an immigrant from Ireland based in MD and I've currently waiting for my adjustment of status. Came to the USA in December on a K1 VIsa and I married my Wife in January.

I'm settling into the USA and this is roughly my timeline

Entered US -23rd Dec 17
Married 05 Jan 18

Sent away the immigration adjustment package including I-485, Application for Travel, and EAD application at the end of Feb

They sent it all back to us in the middle of March because my Medical certificate wasn't signed right

We sent it away again on the first of April with corrections made on the 1st of April

Got notification that they recieved it on the 30th of April

I had my biometrics appointment on the 24th of May

On July 17, 2018 I got a notification that they are ready to schedule your Form I-485, for an interview

I haven't heard anything since. Is this a normal timeline?

I'm getting tired of waiting for my EAD and my Travel permit. My brother's wedding is at the end of September back home. I'd love to go but i dont have my travel docs. Does anyone have a good idea about how to go about requesting an expedieted processing of my I-131 application? I'm afraid to mess everything up, I'd love to hear from people who are in the same boat as me. It really sucks not being able to apply for jobs without an EAD. tbh Im getting a little stir crazy waiting for information from USCIS.
