Interview today and my medical was expired
Hello you guys! I just got my interview at 12:30 seattle today. I and my spouse have kid so we brought him together to the appointment. We await about 15 mins more based on the interview apt time. He told us when he just met us like “ I already approve you guys but I need to go more some general info” he asked me all the questions in I-485, about my school (I’m F1 visa), he asked my husband none question lol. He took my tax return and paystub, and insurance. I asked him do he need more evidences but he said that enough. He did not look at any my picture I brought and other paperwork. He told me my medical paper was expired, the people who helped me do my paperwork did not tell me, but maybe it’s a good point for me. Because my 2nd anniversaries is coming, if I turn it after that day, I may possibly get green card 10 years
I have two questions, if I turn in my medical exam, does anyone know how long they will take an action on that?
My second question, the people did help my paperwork told me, even my married was over 2 years, it’s not guaranteed I will have tc 10 years. Is it right? Thank you and good luck you guys. I’m from Seattle and my Pd is May 23/2017
