EAD was approved and mailed!! After almost 6 months!
Dear All
Just want to share with you a good news I haven't heard in a while. Today my case status just changed to EAD is mailed. I've been waiting for this because I wanted badly to start work and drive.
National Benefits Center - California Filer (Los Angeles)
PD: 2/20/2018
Biometrics: 3/22/2018
No updates whatsoever. And then ,
8/2/2018: Your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview (I-485 Adjustment of Status).
(for form I-765 Employment Authorization Document)
08/7/2018: New Card is being produced
8/8/2018: Your applications is approved
8/10/2018: Your new card is mailed to you
I am really glad it was fast since the new update, I honestly thought it will take another few weeks or so from new card is being produced. I hope I get it soon so I can start to make a living.
I hope we get the interview schedule soon as well. But for now, at least it makes it a little easier to wait because I can start working. I'm really glad to see some improvement in my case.
