Need advice
Hi guy, the other day I made a post about the abuse that o encountered with my U.S citizen husband. As I stated before I have a 2 year conditional green card. My son is now in the U.S on a visitor's visa and I want to adjust his status. Do you guys think that he will be denied when I filed his i130? So far I was told by the school that he is able to enroll while on his visitor's visa. Is there anyone that went through this process before able to advice me on this. Oh and my son is 10 years old and this is his first time visiting the U.S.

As for me and my abuse husband, I am at a domestic violence shelter with my child because my husband acted crazy and throw out my son's bed from out of his room. We left that same night because I for one was scared. I haven't been back at my husband's house since I left because me and my son have been staying with my friend and I am afraid to go back. I am managed to obtain an apartment but it's not quite ready for anyone to move in as yet , I have to wait a couple more weeks.

Anyone who has adjusted their child's status while the child was visiting please let me know. I'm afraid that uscis will deny his petition. any advice? Please help me. Should I send my son back to my country or keep him here and adjust his status? I don't wanna mess up his visa if he gets denied.
