EAD for i485 pending
Hello everyone , specially Miami filers. I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with EAD issues . EAD was received in FEB 2017 following the i485 application which had a PD of NOV2016 !! ( still no interview set or notice sent ) . First EAD expired Feb 2018 , given the pending i485 being pending an automatic 6 months extension to the original EAD expiration is given. OK ..what happens if the 6 months date is approaching and still no word regarding an interview date or notice.. instead all I get is " We are scheduling your interview " !! if anyone can shed some light on the matter that would be greatly appreciated .
