Adjustment of Status - I-485

So we had our interview the beginning of the month and it was pretty strange.
We arrived at time
 and after about 15 min we been called, the interviewer was nice, went through the paperwork with us.
10 min after the interview started I got notification in my phone, I ignored it.
The interviewer bearly ask us anything about our relationship, just asked my wife (USC) how we met, what we did on our first date and how I proposed her, that it. No questions about the house, relationship, family's or anything like that.
Then he asked for evidences and took what i brought and some pictures.
Then he said that he gonna chack it for a little bit more and I sepose to get an answer within a day or two.
Been over a week, no updates.
The strange part was, when we finished the interview I chacked my phone and the notification I got was case update from USCIS, 10 min after the interview STARTED,

Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed

How come the decided that it needs additional review when the interview just started? What should I expect?
