Dear Friends,
I have a situation with my wife, she abuse me extremely as well requesting for money for her to stay in our marriage. She usually sleep out and come back whenever she wanted.
She also mess up my credit by using my social security to apply for credit card, she abandone me for another man, then threatened me with police an immigration in more time. The final situation she sent me out of the house and threatened divorce and immidiately took me off our rental lease.
Now I have file for WAVA, I just wanted to check if anyone have similar situation, we are married for almost 2 years now. My interview is this month, she received the interview letter but refuse to release it. I have an Attorney working on my case, but now we have not hear from the WAVA department to approve my wava application before interview date. Please advise me.
