Moved from Frisco,TX to Phoenix, AZ (Interview Descheduled)
My PD is 05/10/2017 (paper filing) and was waiting for N 400 interview.
I moved to Phoenix, AZ on 08/01/2018 and filed USCIS Change of Address online on 08/01/2018.

On 08/07/2018:
I received email/text notification that my address was changed and a notice was mailed to the address on file.

The real surprise !!!!
On 08/09/2018: online status changed to Interview scheduled and notice was mailed.

The real shocker !!!!!
On 08/13/2018 Phoenix, AZ: I checked my USPS mail and received two Letters from USCIS

USPS Mail Letter 1:
N400 Interview notice letter scheduled in Dallas field office for 09/12/2018 (This Letter was forwarded from Frisco, TX address to Phoenix, AZ address)

USPS Mail Letter 2:
Interview Descheduled by USCIS notice letter mailed directly to actual Phoenix, AZ address. (with the below information) and the notice also had recent Phoenix, AZ address.
"This is to advise you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to cancel the previously scheduled interview on Wednesday, September, 2018 at xx:xx am for the above applicant. We regret any incovenience this may cause.

We will advise you of any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview information, under separate notice."

I am thinking my COA on 08/01/2018 triggered the above steps.

USCIS processes are sadly not in sync and the interview notice should have been either sent directly to AZ address (including AZ field office) assuming the file got transferred to Phoenix, AZ local office.
But as the interview notice/letter was scheduled for Dallas, TX they might have realized it and descheduled?

I tried to make an Info Pass appointment but no available appointments at Phoenix Field office.
Any thoughts please? What should I do next?
How long does it take to transfer the N 400 file from Dallas field office to Phoenix field office?
Will my application waiting time till now reset and start over in Phoenix?
Anyone else in the same boat when they moved to a different state?

Thank you in advance
