Advance Parole with Vawa
Hello I need help everyone.
Ive been in the Us for 17 years, from that 17 years I overstayed 5.
Right now im in process with a pending Vawa + pending AOS.
I recently received the i-512L Advance Parole document, I'm planning to travel back to my home country for a few weeks due to family emergency.
Most lawyers I've spoken to advice me NOT to go because of the 3/10 ban.
Please if anyone has had a similar experience give me some advice on what I should do.
