I married my USC boyfriend of 2 years on the 30th of July 2018. We moved in together on January 2, 2018 till present and I am currently on F-1 OPT. My EAD Card expires 14th of January, 2019. My questions are these:
1. Is it too early to send in my application for adjustment of status first week of Sept 2018?
2. On the I-765 (Work Authorization form), do I tick initial permission to work or renewal (as my current EAD is based on my F-1)
3. Do I write the A-number on my current EAD on all the forms I am currently filling for AOS?
