Hello Guys, hope you're doing good.
I submitted my AOS Marriage and got an RFE for Affidavit of support . Please let me know how to handle the RFE( mother in law is the co sponsor ). I'm contacting a lawyer but she is busy and no replies. the letter explains like this
You have to submitted a form I-864 Affidavit of support for the petitioner/sponsor.
- Not signed by sponsor
- missing pages
- I - 864 revision is no longer valid ( I realized I submitted outdated form )
Following this need to be submit
- updated form-
-copy of petitioner/sponsor federal IT return for recent year
-copy of petitioner/sponsor tax documents ( w2,1099,form 2555, tax schedules ) that filed with you filed with your federal income tax return.
I gathered the documents but I don't know how to send the RFE. please help me.
