My USC spouse's income is above Federal poverty line. I started my OPT 6 months ago and currently making way less than him.
Should he include my income as other income he is using in our household?
If he does add my income, do I also submit my pay stubs for 6 months, letter from employer? The only taxes I have filed were state taxes as a student
