Has anyone thought that the USCIS officer might forgot about your case?
Our filed office is Santa Ana CA. We had an interview on May 16, 2018. We was filed the documents at the end of May 2017. We married on April 11, 2017. We received an updated of the interview was scheduled on April 11, 2018. However after the interview the Officer gave us the paper said Our case is being held for the review. So please wait no less than 120days to make the info pass or a status inquiry of our case. as up today it’s been 98days already we haven’t heard anything from the office and the status is still “On April 11,2018 we scheduled an interview for your form I-485😪 ...” We dont know how much longer we have to wait and has anyone experienced the samething as us and normally what would they do when the time reachs up to 120days?
