Hi guys I would like to share my experience during this process. I've been reading this blog since I started filling my forms on 01/01/2018 and finally sent them on 03/13/2018
Married 11/30/2017 to an USC, C9, Concurrent filling I-130, I-485, I-765
Filling From Santa Rosa, California. NBC.
Sent package by Fedex 03/13/2018
Package Arrived to USCIS Chicago LockBox on 02/15/2018
Case received by USCIS notified by email 03/28/2018
Checks cashed out 03/28/2018
I Received 3 letters with cases # to track my process 03/31/2018
Biometrics scheduled 04/07/2018
Biometrics done 04/17/2018
Case Updated to "Case is ready to be scheduled for an Interview" I-485 on 08/07/2018
Case Updated to "New Card is being produced" I-785 on 08/20/2018
Case Updated to "Card was mailed to me" I-765 on 08/22/2018
So I will be receiving my EAD in 2 or 3 days.
I never called to USCIS, never expedited anything and I Filled everything by myself didn't pay a lawyer I just followed all the instructions on USCIS website, watched some videos on Youtube and I READ A LOT.
Just be patient I know it is very hard to keep calm when you are waiting for any update from USCIS. As you can see i had a big silence time from april until august.
I came to US with a B1/B2 visa, overstayed since 07/16/2016 and finally I'm getting my EAD. Now just waiting for my GC Interview.
