Can someone please help me understand what is going on. My fingerprints were done on 7/23/2018 and on 7/25/2018 it said "we have reviewed your biometrics and are still processing your case." Today I checked the site and it said "Fingerprint review completed" and the date is still 7/25/2018.
Does anyone know what this means? Why is the date not changed? The i-765 is still stuck at "we received your case."
