Dallas interview experience

I want to share my Interview experience.
First, my green card is being produced. I'm so happy.

My interview date was August 20th Monday morning.
it's based on marriage to USC.
I think I met good interviewer.

She was an indian lady and asked us about basic questions such as bday, birth place of spouse etc.
I was super nervous. I don't know why. haha so I made a small mistake.

she asked me that if I live with my spouse, but I heard it wrong, (somehow I heard "live" as "leave") so I answered "no" then my hubby said, "you live with me! relax!"
then I answered yes and told her sorry , I was super nervous.

and she said it's ok.

(now I can see it was cute mistake, but at that time, I was so scared cuz I read too many small- mistake-story on the internet....hahaha.

but after these basic question, she checked A LOT OF details of our documents and marriage evidences.
A lot of question about our tax return, etc.
AND I found out my useless lawyer forgot to file our photos, - ( but i brought more at the interview)
and also she didn't tell us that we have to bring w-2, tax return, 4 months of bank statements (our joint savings and seperate checking), entire apartment lease contract papers ( i only brought simple onesbut she wants full original copies. also f++king lawyer said simple ones are enough)

at the end, she said we don't have enough evidences. then she was like,
"you live very close to the office(10min away). so I will give you 3 hours, you have to bring all documents I mentioned"

and we brought compelete papers to her again,
she said, "this is enough for me, you will recieve letter in 30 days"

I cried after interview because felt like lawyer **** it up, and I ruined it.
but next day, I recieved my status changed to "new card is being produced"
which means they're making my Green Card!

thank god! I'm SO HAPPY!!
my advice is,
paper work is also can be very important (but i know it depends on interviewer.)
AND DO NOT BELIEVE CRAZY EXPERIENCES ON THE INTERNET.
Just relax and be yourself, and tell the truth!

here's my timeline.

- PD date : March 13 2017
- Biometric : April 14 2017
- I-485 status changed to "case is ready to be scheduled" : April 28 2017
- Recieved approval documents for EAD : June 12 2017
- Recieved EAD card : June 14 2017
- I-485 status suddenly changed "CASE STATUS" and "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with your information of your case."
---** so my lawyer called USCIS and was told that it can be system glitch or my case in transit to next step.

- Recieved interview notice :July 20 2018
- Interview date : August 20 2018
- I-485 status changed to "New card is being produced" : August 21 2018

will let y'all know how long does it to get actual Green Card after last status.!
