RFE evidence received by NBC on 10/04/2017
EAD combo card in hand on 03/22/2018
Since then, until now the status of I-485 was this:
On October 4, 2017, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
Today was magically changed to
As of March 29 your case is ready to be scheduled
It took them 5 months to update.
Just wondering if there is anybody in the similar situation? I know it might be months before I even get the actual interview notice. Hopefully it will be sooner than I think 🙂
