Divorced beneficiary
Does anyone have any experience with an interview where the beneficiary had another marriage? I had a short, 2 years marriage out of which 15 months were spent in divorce proceedings, so we were technically together for less. After I finally got the divorce in my home country, I married my current spouse who is a USC and we have been together for 2.5 years.
I have all the paperwork showing the divorce was finalized and stuff but what should I expect at the interview? Thanks!!
