Dallas Office - 20-26 Months!
Filed: March 2018
Bios/fingerprints: April 2018
Current wait: 20-21 months from TODAY (26 months from file date)

Also FYI: I spoke to someone in my company's legal department who does immigration and there is NO ability to expedite. This is a 100% first come/first served system, as it should be. I just wondered if like applying for a job/submitting a resume, if a lawyer knows the right people to get something in front of, can it move faster and the answer is no.
