Hey everyone,
My PD was october 31st, 2017
Filed office was Indianapolis
Got RfE in June
Recived my EAD and interview notice in July
Interview was in August
Recived my GC in mail in a week after interview
So, all docs were submited by attorney and she was present with us on interview as well. In the begining we were seperated, my husband was asked first for about 20 min then I did. (20-30 min) we were asked a lot of questions ( how met, when, where did we fo for dates, parents names, friends , vocations , do we have pats, how many rooms ,who drove, what car do we have and the color of that car. what color is our house / dront door / owen . And so many others like that.
We werent asked for any additonal evidences ( we submited with case : pics, bills, bank statment , tax returns ) all i gave to the officer was my new madical examenation.
The officer approved us on spot and gave the letter that both 130 and 485 were approved. My online status changed next day and i recived my gc in the mail in a week.
