Before anything else I would like to thank everyone who shared their experiences and journey here in Immihelp. It helps me a lot to relieve my stress and I learned a lot from this site. Anyway, I would like to share my journey.
1-30 PARENT PETITION BY U.S. CITIZEN CHILD OVER 21 YRS.
Whole packet received on 11/24/17 form I-130, 1-485, i-765
Received EAD 2/13/2018
RFE received 2/28/2018, uscis received my response to RFE 3/17/2018
Service Request 6/13/18
Infopass 7/10/18- My case still in Nebraska
Infopass 7/25/18--My case already received in USCIS Field Office
Approved my Green Card on Aug. 1, 2018.
My suggestion to all applicants/beneficiaries , if you think your case is outside processing time. Might as well, make an infopass appoinment. I guess and based on my experience, some of Adjudicating Officers want to see the applicants personally.. I went on infopass appointment for 2 times only but the officer recognize me. in that case, Officer approved my case immediately.. I hope this help..
