Anyone applying for GC that has had Criminal record?
Hi just trying to know some of yall's experiences, I've applied for my GC Nov 2017 received EAD card 03/2018 , received interview appt for the end of this month 09/2018. Im a bit concerned because I had a prior DUI in 2006 and a few tickets everything got taken care of and paid for but here I am concerned, My I-485 is marriage based. Please if anyone has a had a previous experience share.
