Hi everyone! Please help
I received the letter of RFE for form I-864 and we’re still working on it, my husband who is USC doesn’t make enough income to meet the requirement. I saw in the instruction of form I-864, they said that I can include my income into it to help the petitioner meet the income requirement, but I have to provide the evidence that my income will continue from current source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status. I already asked my employer can I continue work on campus when I have my work permit and green card. They said “yes”. I’m an international student, and I’m working on campus now. What evidence should I provide to them?
