Filing for GC with traffic citations
Hello everyone I have posted on this matter once and today I took the day off from work and went in to court house to double check all my traffic citations have been paid for which I could have swore they were well they end up telling me I owe 1 more traffic citations that was never brought up to me I’m very upset about it because when I decided to file (I have been married for 6 years to my US citizen spouse) I went to make sure I paid everything and I was told yes! So any how my question is since my interview is in 2 weeks and I’m alreay super nervous about it I won’t be able to pay this traffic citation by then would it be a problem for me? Anyone that has filed for GC with traffic citations were they an issue at your interview?? Please if anyone can help I don’t want to call my attorney she takes forever to respond to my questions, I have an appt with her right before I go to my interview😞
