we just received 2 letters one is Request for Evidence, They said we are writing to inform you that we need more information from you to make a decision on your case I-485, which we must provide form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record because it has Expired.
another one is I-797 Notice of action, which is I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. Notice Type: Approval notice Section: Husband or Wife of U.S citizen 201 (b) INA. They said the above petition has been approved. The beneficiary of this petition will be notified separately when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application.
We just received this letters exactly 4 days after our second interview, which suprised us a lot.
Do you think how long our i-485 will be approved after we send the medical examination to them?
Anyone experienced before?
