I been married to a us citizen for 3 years .. applied 2 years ago.. no any updates ... this is my 3rd EAD ... as you all know some marriages may not workout and i been in an unstable relationship lately.. my question is what is my possible solution if breaking up is better for both of us .. do i have the right to file seprately ?! I am trying to call for an inquery and expedition .. i was just thinking of worst case scenario .
