Hello just want to share my case
06/11/2018:PD
07/13/2018 : finger prints:
08/17/2018 Expedite EAD based on Job offer.
08/24/2018: Faxed documents to USCIS
08/27/2018: Called Local Congressman and they expedited based on job offer and financial loss
08/31/2018: Card is being Mailed ( Not sure because of Congressman or initial request)
09/04/2018: Both I131 and I765 are approved
09/06/2018 : Card is being picked by USPS and gave tracking number
09/08/2018: Card in hand
If anyone have job offer and waiting for EAD, I recommend to expedite their case.
