Adjustment of Status
I just apply for adjustment of status and I receive a Notification asking for more documentation in reference to the Affidavit of Support . I am applying thru my son who is a American Citizen but he is a full time student and have a job but his income did not meet the poverty guidelines. We are using the assets for our property full paid. Is there an objection to use the assets from the beneficiary because we do not have a legal status yet?
