Good Night everyone, So I have a few questions.
I did my Biometrics on the 22nd of August, and I haven't received any update on fingerprint received.
should I be worried?
when I check the USCIS case tracker is still shows that case is received And nothing else.
It has been 46 days since i mail my application.
And I haven't receive any notice for my daughter and myself I-130.
I tried calling to ask about the notice for the I-130 but they said they can't give me any information, yhey would need my husband to verify that he's the petitioner, and my husband is on-base in California and I'm back home in New York
