RFE PROOF OF income
The same day I submitted my I-485 packet my wife started working and was given a letter of employment from her job with rate of pay, hours she’s going to work where and the job type. I got a RFE Letter from Uscis saying she needs to show proof of income because she put her projected income if she worked at her current job for a year. And the way we calculated it was 14 per hour x 40 per week x 52 weeks and got 29,120. USCIS IS ASKING for employment which we sent, 6 months pay stubs etc. on the letter of employment it did not include the yearly salary maybe that’s why it wasn’t excepted. So can she just send her 2 pay stubs Because that’s all she received so far and a more detailed letter of employment?
